At Shift Life, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


 

Returns

 


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, your item must:

 

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

 


Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.


 

Non-returnable items

 


For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Sale or discounted items (if you choose to enforce this)

 


 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.


 

Exchanges

 


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.


If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.


 

Return shipping

 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


 

Damaged or incorrect items

 


If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
